  1. It’s unfortunate that AA feels the Fleet Service Agents are well compensated. We understand the benefits that are afforded us, but sadly enough, most employees can not afford to take advantage of such benefits because their salaries are not sufficient to provide for their families and take advantage of the benefits. I’m one of the fortunate ones that receive a retirement pension from the federal government for over 22 years of law enforcement service. But I hear everyday how difficult it is for many employees, to include those with over 20 years of service, to support a family. We have a great deal of responsibilities and we are entrusted with millions of dollars in equipment yet we are paid peanuts. I believe it hinders the company from hiring the very best because of the pay.
